The Disciplinary Commission in the last meeting for 2023, has given a series of punishments by distributing fines and suspensions in all categories, starting from Superior to ages.
In Superiore, the clubs of Tirana, Kukësi, Vllaznia, Erzen, Teuta and Partizani have been punished with fines for the behavior of the fans and events which have caused problems in the match, such as the moment of the field break in the Kukësi-Partizani challenge. Meanwhile, Esin Hakaj was also suspended for 4 matches, who was punished with a red card after the end of the match between Vllaznia and Tirana.
In the First Category, the punishment of footballer Geraldo Sharavolli, who hit the referee in the Tomori-Vora match, stands out. He has been banned from all football activities for two years.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1. FK Kukësi, for wrong behavior of the spectators, entering the field of play, based on Article 17/2/a of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.
2. KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing objects on the field of play and insulting the opposing fans, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
3. KF Vllaznia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, insulting the opposing fans, based on article 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
4. The player of KF Vllaznia, Esin Hakaj, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDS, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
5. KF Erzeni, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
6. KF Teuta, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
7. The player of FK Tomorri, Kostika Becka, for threatening the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities.
8. The player of FK Tomorri, Gelando Sharavaolli, for threatening and attacking the officials of the match, based on articles 14/1/k and 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) years of suspension from activities.
9. The player of FC Besa, Myslim Ramilli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
10. KF Tirana Femra, për mos marrjen e masave paraprake te sigurisë, duke neglizhuar përmbushjen e detyrimeve për organizimin e ndeshjes dhe për pasojë ndërprerjen përfundimtare të ndeshjes midis KF Tirana Femra kundër KF Vllaznia Femra, në bazë të neneve 6/3/g, 16/1, 17/1 të KDE, dënohet me zbritjen e 3 (tre) pikëve në klasifikim.
11. KF Vllaznia Femra, për shkaktimin e ndërprerjes së ndeshjes kundër KF Tirana Femra, duke qenë përgjegjëse për aktet e dhunës dhe shkeljen e rregullave themelore të sjelljes së mirë, në bazë të neneve 6/3/j, 16/1, 17/2/a, 17/2/h të KDE, dënohet me humbjen e ndeshjes në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0.
12. Zyrtari i KF Vllaznia Femra, Lazer Matija, për sulm fizik ndaj lojtareve dhe zyrtareve të ekipit kundërshtar, duke shkaktuar akte dhune ne ndeshjen midis KF Tirana Femra kundër KF Vllaznia Femra, në bazë të neneve 6/2/a, 14/1/h dhe 14/1/i të KDE dënohet përjashtim nga aktiviteti për sezonin futbollistik 2023-2024. Në zbatim të neneve 6/2/b dhe 6/2/c të KDE, zyrtarit i ndalohet hyrja në dhomat e zhveshjes dhe në veprimtaritë sportive të organizuara nga FSHF, deri në përfundim të dënimit.
13. Zyrtaria e KF Tirana Femra, Ardenisa Aliaj, për sulm fizik ndaj lojtareve dhe zyrtareve të ekipit kundërshtar, duke shkaktuar akte dhune ne ndeshjen midis KF Tirana Femra kundër KF Vllaznia Femra, në bazë të neneve 6/2/a, 14/1/h dhe 14/1/i të KDE dënohet përjashtim nga aktiviteti për sezonin futbollistik 2023-2024. Në zbatim të neneve 6/2/b dhe 6/2/c të KDE, zyrtares i ndalohet hyrja në dhomat e zhveshjes dhe në veprimtaritë sportive të organizuara nga FSHF, deri në përfundim të dënimit.
14. Laberia FC, për publikimin e deklaratave fyese dhe diskriminuese që cënojnë reputacionin e futbollit dhe zyrtarëve të saj, në bazë të neneve 6/1/c, 6/4, 8, 13, 15/1, 47 dhe 77 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 10.000.000 (dhjetë milion) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.
15. Zyrtari i Laberia FC, Nikollaq Divia, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
16. KF Butrinti, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, duke ndezur flakadanë dhe hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të neneve 17/2/b dhe 17/2/c të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.
17. Lojtari i KF Butrinti, Salvador Gjonaj, për sulm fizik ndaj lojtarit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
18. Lojtari i AF Luftetari, Sousa Santos Jersival, për sulm fizik ndaj lojtarit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
19. Lojtari i AF Luftetari, Nazmi Gaba, për sulm fizik ndaj zyrtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
20. KF Shkumbini, for wrong behavior of the spectators, entering the field of play, based on Article 17/2/a of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1 /b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.
21. FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting flares, based on article 17/2/c of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
FK Partizani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
22. The player of KF Maliqi, Ronaldo Isufi, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
23. The U-15 Football Academy player, Bledion Belba, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
24. The U-15 Football Academy player, Denis Halili, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
25. The player of KF Teuta U-15, Ergi Mansaku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
26. The player of KF Teuta U-15, Fernando Kuci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
27. AF Triumph U-16 player, Marko Llakaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
28. KF Vora U-17, for wrong behavior of spectators, entering the field of play and causing violence to the players of AF Triumph U-17, based on articles 3/b, 15/2/a, 17/1 , 17/2/a and 35 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ALL and the development of 5 (five) matches without spectators. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
29. Dismissing the request of AF Triumph U-17, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
