A very unusual decision was taken at the last meeting of the Disciplinary Commission in the AFL. The club of the Second Category, Labëria FC, has been punished with a record fine for Albanian football.
According to the FSF document, "Laberia FC, for publishing offensive and discriminatory statements that harm the reputation of football and its officials, based on articles 6/1/c, 6/4, 8, 13, 15/1, 47 and 77 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 10,000,000 (ten million) ALL. Pursuant to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%".
This is an extraordinary figure for Albanian football, more precisely historical, as it exceeds many times any figure that has been set before by the AFL, regardless of the situations that may have been created by clubs or individuals. And all about social media posts!
It seems senseless how Discipline has reached the conclusion that a certain page in social networks which has made the following posts, is managed by the club in question or its officials, setting such a figure.
