National team coach Silvinjo seems to be experiencing stressful days in charge of Albania, between anxiety about a possible qualification for the play-offs and the pressure that this task carries. He expressed this clearly today, a few minutes before the start of the media conference in Andorra.
The Rossoneri coach was sitting at the table next to Berat Gjimshiti, but it was clear that he was not feeling very comfortable, as he was constantly moving around waiting for questions from journalists. At one point, he unexpectedly started a conversation with the national team captain.
" To be a coach you have to be crazy. You have to like it a lot ," he turns to Gjimshiti, who initially looks surprised by this reaction and then says laughingly: "More than when you were a player?"
" More, there's no comparison. It's something crazy, crazy. Then the stress level, it's brutal. Thinking about 25-30 players... Then there's the match, the last days... You can't say 'I'm going to celebrate '...", says Silvinjo.
After a few moments, the Brazilian tries to change the atmosphere with the footballer. " It's nice, but you have to have a significant passion ," he says to end this conversation that clearly shows the level of pressure that the Brazilian is already feeling on the Albania bench.
