In the press conference before the match against Bodo/Glimt, Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni reacted publicly for the first time regarding the weekend episode in the match against Juventus, where a simulation of his led to a red card for Kalulu.

According to Bastoni, there were overreactions and false claims following the incident.
" I've heard a lot of people who are part of the sport say things that don't exist in heaven or on earth. I thank those who said the right things, namely, that I was wrong, " he declared.
The footballer said the episode did not affect him personally, but expressed concern about the consequences for his family. According to him, his wife has seen death threats on social networks. He also mentioned the judge La Pena, emphasizing that such people are not used to such public exposure.
Psychological state and comparison with other cases
Bastoni assured that he feels psychologically good and ready to return to the field. He made a comparison with a previous episode in the match against Liverpool, noting that similar situations have not brought about reactions of the same nature in other players.
" There is a desire to get on the field again and it hasn't affected me ," he concluded.
Inter will face Bodo/Glimt in an important match, while Bastoni's statements are expected to calm the heated debates after the challenge with Juventus.
