Recent reports from Turkish media shed light on increased interest in Albanian national team striker Ernest Muçi. According to these sources, the 25-year-old is being followed by several important European clubs, while a concrete offer worth up to 17.5 million euros has also arrived on the table.
In this context, Trabzonspor's management are moving to finally secure the player's services. The Turkish club is reportedly willing to pay 8.5 million euros to buy Muç's card from Besiktas, the club from which he is currently on loan.
If this scenario materializes, Trabzonspor could make a significant profit. Given that the striker's loan cost them up to 1.5 million euros, a possible sale would provide the club with a difference of around 7.5 million euros.
The current season has been one of the best in Muç's career. With the Trabzonspor jersey, he has recorded 13 goals and 8 assists in 29 matches, becoming one of the team's key players in the championship and the Turkish Cup.
