The U-17 women's national team played the second and final match valid for the second round of the 2026 European Championship for this age group this afternoon, against Israel.
The match held at the "House of Football" ended in a goalless draw, 0-0.
Coach Cyme Lulaj fielded this starting lineup: Ambra Reshiti (GK), Besiana Gola, Aldisa Kronaj, Ava Hysenaj, Audrina Lajthiza, Albana Malaj (C), Andrea Klleci, Gurie Memetaj, Elin Hasanaj, Tea Hasanaj and Tuhana Cifliku.
The match was balanced throughout the 90 minutes, with both teams trying to create scoring chances but failing to find the net.
The red and black girls showed themselves to be organized in the defensive department and tried to take risks on several occasions in attack, while Israel also had its moments, but without concretization. In the end, the match ended in a goalless draw and both teams shared one point.
This was the first European tournament organized by the Football Federation for this year, where the U-17 girls' teams of Albania, Israel and Andorra participated.
