Edon Zhegrova could change leagues after just one season in Italy. The Kosovar footballer has long been on the radar of Everton, a club that aims to take advantage of the not very favorable situation that the winger is moving to Juventus.
According to reports, the English club's executives are preparing an official offer to the Turin club in the summer transfer window, with the aim of securing the services of the 26-year-old. Juventus paid around 20 million euros for his transfer from Lille, which means that a possible departure would require a significant offer.
Zhegrova has failed to fully convince in the Juventus jersey, although on several occasions he has shown his potential when activated as a substitute by coach Luciano Spalletti.
One of the most discussed moments of the season remains the mistake in the match against Galatasaray in the Champions League, where the Kosovar missed a golden opportunity that could have secured Juventus qualification for the round of 16.
So far, the striker has only started one match with the Bianconeri and has made 20 appearances in total with the Turin team.
Despite the limited space, Zhegrova remains tied to Juventus under contract until 2030. This means that Everton, if they decide to pursue their interest, will have to make a significant offer to convince the Italian club to allow the player to leave for the Premier League.
