Germany published this Thursday the guest list for the 2 Nations League matches to be played in November. In the post made, above all, a mistake stood out.

The name of a player from Latvia accidentally appeared among the "Pancers" crowd. Listed alongside the likes of Real Madrid's Antonio Rudiger and Arsenal's Kai Haverc on the German Football Association's website was the name of Dario Sits.

Sits is a 20-year-old striker, active in the Dutch second division team, Helmond Sport, where he is on loan from the Italian club, Parma. Sits made his debut for Latvia last month, while it is worth noting that he played against Germany U-21 in 2022.

Sits' name was quickly removed, with the Federation admitting the mistake in an email to The Associated Press .
