The Greeks will not give up racism, they provoke in the Olimpakos-Aris match: Kosovo is Serbia (Video)

A serious event is gaining attention in Greece. The championship match between Olympiacos of Piraeus and Aris of Thessaloniki is currently being played.

What caught the eye was a large banner of fans from Piraeus in support of the Serbs killed in Kosovo.

There were also choruses from the stands: "Kosovo is Serbia".

Even after this open provocation, the match continues to be played normally, which constitutes a scandal in itself, finding support from the officials and organizers of the match.

We remind you that Greece is one of the 5 countries that does not recognize Kosovo's independence. They are: Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.

In the match between Romania and Kosovo, valid for the qualifiers of "EURO 2024", which ended with the result 2-0, the Romanian ultras of the group "Uniți Sub Tricolor" lit fireworks and opened a banner that read "Kosovo is Serbia " : a political message and provocation, which has left little room for UEFA.

The referee and the match delegate put an end to the doubts and returned the teams to the dressing rooms, to make it clear that from now on such things will not be tolerated, not even in countries like Romania which has not officially recognized the independence of Kosovo.

The match between Romania and Kosovo resumed after more than 20 minutes of interruption. This was the final warning and if the racist chants were repeated, the referee would eventually cancel the match.
