Former Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has spoken openly about his first impact on the red and black environment, expressing his admiration for the club's organizational structure. "I am very surprised by the organization of the company. Everyone has done everything for me and the coach to work in the best conditions to start the project properly. But there is still a long way to go," Tare said during an event with the club's sponsors, writes A2 CNN.
Allegri's return to the Milan bench, after 11 years away, is seen as a clear message: the team is looking for a turnaround after a disappointing season. "We needed an immediate response, an experienced and winning coach. We had no doubts. Giorgio and I went to Lugano to talk to Allegri and within a few hours we understood that there was the right synergy to start this journey," said Tare.
For his part, Massimiliano Allegri has stressed that Milan's success will only be measured by results. "Training looks good, but everyone is good in July. The real work starts when the matches start. I know we will face difficulties, but we are prepared. It is a great emotion to be back here, but respect is only earned by working seriously and bringing results," said Allegri.
