Inter have defeated Cagliari 0-2 away from home, in the match valid for the fifth week in Serie A. The Blues found the goal in the 9th minute, when Lautaro Martinez scored with a header after Alessandro Bastoni's cross.

The first half ended with the score 0-1. The second goal of the black and blues came in the 82nd minute. Francesco Pio Esposito made it seven for Inter and scored after an assist from Federico Dimarco, both of whom entered the field in the second half.

The score remained unchanged until the end. Inter won 0-2 and climbed to fifth place with 9 points, Cagliari remained in 10th place.
