Another edition of the UEFA B level coaches course for the Tirana area has been successfully completed. The course that started on January 8 lasted approximately three months and in the end 28 trainers graduated. All trainees had the opportunity to follow and learn from a training program developed by education specialists at the AFL, in cooperation with UEFA.
In the premises of the School of Trainers in Kamëz, the UEFA B diploma distribution ceremony took place, where the Director of the Education Sector, Sulejman Starova, and the specialist of the Education Department of the AFL, Alban Tafaj, were present.
Part of the UEFA B course this edition was the former footballer of the National Team, Shkëlzen Gashi, who in a statement for fshf.org evaluated the progress of the course and emphasized that in the future he intends to equip himself with UEFA A and UEFA PRO.
" I am very happy that I finished the UEFA B course. The AFL helped me and now I want to become a coach. I want to teach young people, based on my experience in the field. It is a good thing that now I become a coach and in the future I want to finish UEFA A and UEFA PRO. I thank the AFL, as they are all professionals ", Shkëlzen Gashi said.
Part of the UEFA B course was also Erjola Mema, who is currently the deputy coach in the Gramsci team for girls.
"I felt very good in this course. It was very valuable for me, from which I received many benefits for my future as a coach. I am very grateful to the AFF for giving me this opportunity, especially for the appreciation it has shown for the girls. I currently work as a U-7 and U-9 coach at the Titans team and I am also a deputy coach at KF Gramshit's girls' team. One of my objectives is to follow the UEFA A course, why not then continue to UEFA PRO , - said Erjola Mema.
