Juventus did not go further than a 1-1 draw against Fiorentina at the “Artemio Franchi”. In the 14th minute, the main referee of the match awarded a penalty to the Bianconeri, after a contact in the area between Dušan Vlahović and Pablo Mari. VAR intervened, the referee saw the footage and changed his mind: There was no penalty for Juventus.
In the 25th minute, Moize Kean hit the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Vlahovic missed a good chance to find the net, but he failed. The Serbian striker's shot went just wide of the left post.
In the extra minutes of the first half, Juventus found the advantage with Filip Kostic, who scored another beautiful goal with a powerful shot from distance. The first half ended 0-1 for Juventus.
The second half started fantastically for the home team, with Rolando Mandragora equalizing the score 1-1 with a superb goal from distance. Despite substitutions made by both coaches, Paolo Vanoli for Fiorentina and Luciano Spalletti for Juventus, the score remained unchanged until the end. The match ended 1-1.
