Dragan Stojkovic appeared tense ahead of Serbia's match against Albania. The Serbian coach was asked about the names missing from his list, which did not go down well with him.
Regarding the trip to Tirana, Stojkovic was calm. The Serbia coach touched on the fact of the joint organization of the U-21 European Championship.
" You know how it is, it's an extremely important match for them and for us, but at the end of the day it's just a match. They are our friends in football and the ones with whom we will organize the European Youth Championship."
We are not interested in political tensions, messages from fans or crazy statements by some who want to create a state of war. I am convinced and believe that we will have an excellent welcome and that the organization will be at a high level. Just like they will have when they come for the return match.
"The atmosphere in the stands will be good, why not? Do you think the Parisians were polite and friendly towards the Inter fans and vice versa? In the end, the field is what will decide the result. Of course, I consider Albania a quality team, but that does not mean that Serbia is going there to defend itself or with a white flag ," said the Serbia coach.
