The Albanian national football team held its second training session this Wednesday ahead of the match against Poland, valid for the 2026 World Cup play-off semi-finals. This was also the last session on Albanian soil, as the team will travel tomorrow to Warsaw, where a decisive match against the locals will be played on Thursday.

In today's training, coach Silvinjo had the entire group of players available, unlike the previous day when players from the local championship were engaged to fill the numbers in the session. The full presence of the team has enabled the technical staff to focus on specific preparations for the match.

The 26 players completed their training program normally, with an emphasis on the tactical aspect in view of the match against Poland. The two teams are well-known to each other, after frequent clashes in recent years, but this time the challenge takes on a special significance, as it is considered a "final" for the run-up to the World Cup.
