The Commission of Discipline and Ethics, after examining the cases of the last week in Albanian football, made several decisions. Thus, due to the wrong behavior of the spectators, some teams were fined 50,000 ALL.
It is about Skënderbeu and Kukës, without forgetting here the two teams of the capital, Tirana and Partizan. Also, there were some punishments for other categories of Albanian football. There are 11 decisions in total, which will come into force immediately.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1-KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL .
2-FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL .
3-FK Kukësi, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
4-KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
5-The official of FK Tomorri, Klodian Dervishi, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
6-FK Tomorri, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
7-The player of KF Iliria, Adolf Selmani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
8- The player of KF Iliria, Gejardo Xeka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
9-KF Shkumbini, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.
10-FK Apolonia U-19, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match for the Abissnet Superiore U-19 Championship, against FC Internacional Tirana U-19, based on articles 19/2 and 19/ 4/a of KDE, loses the match on the table with the result 3-0.
11-Rejecting the request of the KF Teuta player, Ilir Biturku, not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
12-An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
