World Cup Qualifiers/ Turkey crushes Bulgaria, Spain and Italy do the job;

Turkey celebrated a spectacular 6-1 victory over Bulgaria in Group E of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, demonstrating their offensive strength at the Vasil Levski Stadium. An efficient second half, with five goals, was decisive in securing the important three points, lifting Turkey to the top of the table.

Bulgaria, defeated for the fifth time in a row, remains at the bottom of the group with zero points. This result increases Turkey's chances of direct qualification, while Bulgaria must recover quickly in the upcoming matches.

-Spain continued their perfect run in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers with an easy 2-0 win over Georgia at the Manuel Martínez Valero Stadium, making it three wins in three matches. A controlled performance, with a midfield dominated by Pedri, secured the points La Roja needed in their Group.

The goals came in the first half: Bryan Zaragoza scored in the 24th minute after an assist from Pedri, while Mikel Oyarzabal added the second in the 65th minute, closing out the contest.
