Liverpool ended their losing streak against Crystal Palace with a 3-1 victory at Anfield Road in the 34th week of the Premier League.
After four consecutive defeats to Crystal Palace, including a Community Shield final defeat earlier this season, Liverpool responded to the challenge. The Reds took a first-half lead through goals from Alexander Isak and Andy Robertson, taking control of the game from the opening minutes.
In the second half, Crystal Palace tried to get back into the game, narrowing the gap with a goal from Daniel Munjoz. However, in the extra minutes, Florian Uirc sealed the home team's victory with a goal for 3-1, finally closing the accounts of the meeting.
One of the highlights of the match was Mohamed Salah's injury. The Egyptian striker left the field in the 60th minute, with initial indications of a serious injury. With his departure at the end of the season expected, this match could prove to be his last in a Liverpool shirt.
In the other games of the day, important for survival, Tottenham achieved an important 0-1 victory away to Wolves, thanks to a goal from Joao Palingha in the 82nd minute. This also marks the first victory for the Londoners under the leadership of coach Roberto De Zerbi.
However, Tottenham remain in 18th place with 34 points, after West Ham secured a dramatic 2-1 victory over Everton, moving up to 17th place with 36 points.
