Dani Alvesh is still in prison, accused of sexually assaulting a young girl. The episode happened last December in a nightclub in Barcelona. Today, the young woman's testimony to the police, after the alleged rape and still under investigation, has come to light, which explains in detail her ordeal:
" He was behind me, I had my cousin in front. Then I remember he left and I... He motioned for me to approach him. I thought I'd talk to him and see what he wanted, I couldn't think of anything else. I went there to talk to him, not knowing where he would lead me.
We reached a room with a door, he opened it and I entered. When I walked in, I saw where I was walking in, I saw that it was a small, very, very small bathroom. I think that's when my shock started. I remember, he sat down and I started telling him: I have to go, I have to go.
I remember him lifting my dress and making me sit on it. There he started telling me all kinds of things. He insisted that I also tell him things. He hurt my knee, we tried to have oral sex. I tried to leave, until he grabbed me by the neck and started hitting me ."
