Albanian national football player, Ernest Muçi, has been amazing with his performance so far this season with the Trabzonspor team, scoring 10 goals in a total of 18 matches.
However, in tomorrow's match against Masimpasha, if he manages to score, he will equal the record of Trabzonspor legend Burak Yilmaz, with 7 goals in 7 consecutive matches, a record that has been held since the 2011/2012 season.
These are the performances that the team's leaders are now considering buying him permanently. In an interview this morning, Trabzonspor president Ertuğrul Doğan said: "He was liked by our scouting team. We made an offer before Beşiktaş signed him, but it was only for half the price they gave. At the moment, we continue discussions about how the payment will be, but the moment Trabzonspor activates the clause, it will be paid in 5 installments, this is ultimately decided by the technical staff.
"The player can become part of the team by paying the first installment of 1.5 or 2 million euros before the end of May, as stipulated in the contract. The amount does not have to be paid in full. If the coach asks us to activate this option at the end of the season, as it seems to be the case given the way things are going, the process will then be based on technical assessments," he said initially, explaining that Trabzonspor did not need to immediately pay the 8.5 million euros figure set in Muç's clause.
