Marash Kumbulla has been brilliant this season for Espanyol in La Liga. The national team defender has given an interview to "Corriere dello Sport", where he spoke about his future.
As is known, his loan ends at the end of this season, while it is still unknown what will happen to him. He also spoke about Jose Mourinho and Daniele De Rossi, who he coached at Roma.
"The future? I don't know about the future, I have no idea. I'm here on loan until the end of the season, I'm very happy, the clubs will decide."
Roma? I want to make it clear that I am very happy with the way the team, my teammates, have found peace and results with Ranieri. And then I want to add that my priority now is Espanyol, saving myself and staying united with the fans is my only thought. Then I don't know what happened in Roma, maybe a combination of things, but leaving was the thing I had to do, I didn't expect to be in this position again to do well.
Mourinho and De Rossi? Mourinho is extraordinary, direct, he can be tough, but he looks you in the eye and always tells you the truth. That helped me grow. I haven't worked with De Rossi much, but I like his ideas and the way he handles things. Nice when he needs to, very serious at other times. A bit like Manolo Gonzalez, he doesn't discriminate.
Juric? I didn't think he would go to Rome like this, for me he is a good coach and a good person. I respect him a lot. I rarely hear from him, from time to time we write to each other if there is something important.
"Do you feel changed after a year outside Italy? Grown, more than changed. It's an experience I would recommend to everyone," the 25-year-old concluded.
