The former referee of the collegium of Gjirokastra in the 90s, has coached at the highest levels of football in our country. After ending his career on the playing field, Mema became the president of the Collegium of Gjirokastra and for many years, he was also an observer of the AFL.

A few years ago, he was affected by a serious illness and left the football fields, moving to Tirana, where he has lived for the last few years, as today the news of his death has been learned.
