He has decided to spend his free time in an unusual way. After the elimination of Croatia from the European Championship, the 26-year-old announced that he was working on the field. A photo of Erlic enjoying farming with his family was published on Instagram.
" My favorite job is digging potatoes, 15-20 people come and it's fun. Carrots are harvested by hand, plowed and picked. My brother and I trucked the water when the vegetables needed to be watered. The hardest thing is going to work in the winter when it's freezing and pulling out the carrots.
No shame, but I never said that. I usually like to keep things like this to myself.
Helping the family since childhood, I acquired work habits. When I was born, my family lived in a barn. There were animals in one room and we were separated from them by only a wall. They were very difficult moments.
My father taught me to share the last 10 kuna with my friends. He always told me that it is important that people appreciate me and not remember me as a stingy and selfish person. I always greet everyone, I do it out of respect, from the cleaner in the club to the director - recalls Erlič.
