Ademola Lukman continues to boycott Atalanta training sessions in protest after the club rejected offers from Inter. The Nigerian striker is desperate to join the Blues and has taken the extreme decision to skip training.
His failure to show up for two consecutive days of training with Atalanta now gives the club the right to take disciplinary measures against him. These range from the removal of his daily salary, to fines, to being assigned to train separately from the team, to the complete suspension of his salary without allowing him to leave in any case.
But according to Italian media, the Bergamo side have decided not to take any disciplinary action against the player for the time being, even though he is trying in every way to leave their ranks. The club is awaiting an improved offer from Inter and it seems that they will not succumb to the pressure that Lukman is putting on them to push him to accept the latest offer that has arrived for him.
