Albania will look for victory tonight at "Air Albania" against the Czech Republic in the valuable match for the "EURO 2024" qualifiers. On the eve of this duel, the president of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, also reacted. He says that this is not a 'life or death' challenge, but tonight we all have to celebrate together.

This Thursday, October 12, is one of the most important days for our National Team and for all Albanians. The match Albania - Czech Republic is played, one of the most exciting meetings of our group.
The day has started with anxiety and a lot of emotions for the duel that will be played in 'Air Albania'. Wins, draws and losses. There are three outcomes in the game. And of course in these cases, the team that will feel less pressure and that will manage emotions better gets a positive result.
I am confident that despite the good and very physical team that the Czechs have, we also have the quality to win this match. And we have shown in this journey that when we play together as a group, we are very strong. We showed this in the match 32 days ago, against Poland in this same stadium, where we won 2-0.
For us it is not a decisive match, a 'life or death' challenge. The pressure is on them. We just have to manage as best we can. And I am sure that with the support of our fans we can do it. Tonight we should all celebrate together. I also have a call for our dear fans: to be cooperative, to support us and not to throw objects or pyrotechnic devices on the field. It is to everyone's detriment.
Also, let's respect as much as possible those fans who are coming tonight from the Czech Republic. In Prague we were all very warmly received by the Czech people. Let's be as friendly as possible with them because at the end of the day, we Albanians are known for our hospitality.
