The former footballer of the Albanian National Team for many years and the well-known coach Debatik Curri, in a podcast for "Telegrafin", has told an interesting story, when at the beginning of his career there was talk of a transfer to the Serbian team of Partizan Belgrade.
Curri has spoken extensively about his career as a football player, but also as a coach. However, the former defender has decided at the beginning of the podcast to tell an interesting story of his career, how he was a football player of Pristina. About his early offers, Curri revealed that there had also been interest from Partizan Belgrade for a possible transfer of him.
" I personally did not have an offer from Partizan Belgrade, but as information came to me when I was playing in Pristina, at the time when the legend Fadil Vokrri was the director at that time," said Curri first. "One day he called me in the office and said: a club and a player whose name I can't remember, with number 6 [Katanec] who plays in midfield, you look a lot like him and he liked you a lot. It was not open as a transfer because of the political circumstances that existed, but they mentioned to me "so that the situation would not have been like this".
