Although it is not yet official, the departure of Christophe Galtier from PSG is only a matter of hours. The former Marseille man sat on the PSG bench for the final time on Saturday against Clermont in a game that saw him suffer his tenth defeat of the year, six more than in the whole of 2022.
The man PSG want to replace him with is Luis Enrique. Both Qatar and Luis Campos see the Asturian as the ideal man to take over the reins of the club and negotiations have already begun. Luis Enrique also has an advantage over José Mourinho and Thiago Motta. Motta, for his part, is the president's choice, but his lack of Champions League experience could hold back his potential arrival.
