The coach of the Albanian National Team, Silvinjo, told the media in an interview that when he accepted the job, he knew that he had a good group, but also that a lot of work was needed.
This was the reason, said coach Silvinjo, why he decided to come and live in Albania, where he has been living for 9 months.
"When I took over this job, we knew that we had a very good group and that we had to work hard, that's why I came to the decision to come work and live in Tirana, where I've been living since January. One of the main points why we achieved the cooperation is that everyone spoke Italian and this does not force me to communicate through a refractor. I chose to live in Tirana because the work is done properly by the federation, from the office, then travel and watch the football players", said Silvinjo.
Silvinho also said that the victories of the red and black national team are more than deserved, but the European qualification cannot be called closed until the last match in November.
He showed why the national team has had different captains in the last European qualifying matches.
"I believe that we have 4-5 captains, they have experience, they have years with the national team, they have authority over the footballers. It's not a problem that we don't have only 1 captain, it's the opposite. When I have a problem with the team, I don't talk to one, but to 3 captains and they take it to the group," said Silvinjo.
