The Turkish Super League is becoming more competitive by the week, with the rivalry between Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor intensifying significantly. The gap between the first and third-placed teams remains minimal, making the race for the title very open.
In this strong competitive landscape, Trabzonspor stands out for its efficiency in the offensive department. The attacking duo of Paul Onuaçu and Ernest Muçi is the most productive in the championship in terms of goal contribution by two players from the same team.
Nigerian striker Paul Onuaçu has scored 20 goals, while Albanian Ernest Muçi has added 10. Together, they have scored 30 goals for Trabzonspor, topping this statistic in the Turkish Super Lig.
Behind them is the Fenerbahçe duo, Anderson Talisca and Marco Asensio, who have scored a combined 24 goals. The same number of goals is also scored by the Galatasaray pair, Mauro Icardi and Viktor Osimhen.
Meanwhile, Ernest Muçi is experiencing one of the best seasons of his career. His good form with the club is expected to earn him an invitation from coach Silvinjo for the Albanian National Team's match against Poland in the World Cup play-off phase.
The match between Albania and Poland will be played on March 26, at 20:45, in Warsaw.
