Today, the testimony of Renato Nastos, who managed to provide Albanians with American visas through fraud, was disclosed.
Nasto claimed that he helped the citizens to apply for a visa and that he did not violate the law.
"I have not committed any violation of the law, I have helped citizens to apply for a visa, those who did not have the opportunity to do it themselves, worth 100-150 euros. The allegations of the prosecution are not true. I currently work as a taxi driver for increase my income," he said before judge Migena Laska.

The lawyers contested the prosecution claiming that others were victims.
The court has withdrawn to the advisory room for a decision. The prosecution requested "prison arrest" for Renato Naston, Klaudio Lečin, Klaus Kapedani and Xhemal Seser, while for the girl Klea Prifti, the prosecution requested "house arrest".
