Analyst Arben Meçe focused on issues that have not been resolved even today, such as 'January 21', where 4 protesters were killed on the Boulevard, at the time when Sali Berisha was in government.
Meçe said that this case is still without justice, while Strasbourg described it as a state murder.
"January 21st is the most ideal occasion to understand what the independence of the system means, how a prosecutor is manipulated by politics. On January 21st, she qualified the criminal offense as manslaughter, completely distorting the case.
"She was the one who orchestrated the investigative process and she was the one at the head of the group that produced a major failure of that case, which was a very important case. But Strasbourg also took over the same file and declared it a state murder," Meçe said.
