Analyst Enton Abilekaj stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama's name has already appeared in some of the most important files investigated by SPAK, specifically mentioning file 184, the Llogara case, known as the "Balluku" file, as well as investigations related to the ANA.
Invited to the show "Çim Peka Live" on SYRI TV, Abilekaj stated that in these investigative materials, according to him, the mechanisms of exercising power are clearly visible.
" In fact, Rama's name, where it was allowed to appear, and it appeared complete with all its activity, is file 184, it is also the Llogara file or the 'Balluk' file as it is known. It is clear, we see there how all the instructions given there, are after they, the winners, have met Rama. And this is the first time that SPAK has gone to Rama ," he said.
According to Abilekaj, although the prime minister has not been indicted, these files, according to him, show elements that show the relationship between the government and the beneficiaries of the tenders.
" Businessman so-and-so who met Rama gets a tender. Businessman and media owner so-and-so who spoke with Rama gets paid. So, it's quite clear that there is a power here that he uses in an occult way and then imposes on his subordinates ," the analyst said.
He emphasized that, beyond the legal aspect, there is a political responsibility.
" Legally, it is another matter what SPAK will do. Politically, Rama is a defendant today for us. Politically, Rama is the number one thief in Albania. And there is no question about this ," declared Abilekaj.
Focusing on the ANA file, he added that the political connections with the people involved are, according to him, publicly known.
" The connection that Edi Rama has with the accused protagonists of the ANA is known to everyone. The protection that Rama gives them is clear. And we know very well that Edi Rama leads the police ," he said.
Abilekaj's statements come at a time when some of the SPAK files have increased political tension, while clashes between the majority and the opposition over the role of justice continue to remain strong.
