Road safety expert Fatmir Hasho has analyzed the tragic accident that took the lives of 7 people last evening in Këlcyra. He said that the cause of the accident was the high speed and the large number of people in the vehicle.
According to him, the large number of people may have influenced the movements of the driver, who may have increased the speed in an attempt to get away from the police.

There must have been some rotations of the vehicle and the sheer number of people inside the vehicle damaged each other.
