Journalist Klodiana Lala told in "Top Story" about the creation of the first criminal groups in the country.
Lala talked about Aldo Baren, who was the first to create a structured criminal group, who turned from a police officer into a criminal after his brother was killed.

The history of genuine criminal groups begins with Aldo Baren, a former special forces officer. He went into crime because his brother was killed and managed to go into terror and have political connections. He also privatized public property, established his complete dictate.
