Journalist Ardit Rada says that DASH's assessment of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, who was declared the champion of anti-corruption, is a decoration for Albania and the reform in justice.
In an interview for "Ora e Fundi" on ABC News, Rada said that Duman was decorated not only for the Berisha case, but also for the fight against crime.

Altin Dumani has been at the center of Sali Berisha's and Ilir Meta's attacks. Now imagine a prosecutor, in front of what attacks he is. Altin Dumani did not receive the decoration only for the Berisha case, but also for the fight against crime. There are dozens of other cases, with the most talked about crime names in Albania.
