The actress requests that her image not be used again until the end of the legal process.
Actress Anila Bisha has filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court against the Council of Ministers, the National Agency for the Information Society (AKSHI) and the private company involved in the project, requesting the suspension of the use of her image in the so-called "virtual minister" figure Diella.
According to the lawsuit filed by the 57-year-old actress, an injunction is requested to ensure that her image is no longer used until the end of the legal process.
The issue relates to the use of her image, recreated in avatar form, for the virtual figure "Diella", publicly presented as Minister of Public Procurement.
Anila Bisha claims that the use of her image in this form was done without legal basis and outside of contractual terms. According to her, the contract between her and the company Aleat was valid until December 31, 2025 and only provided for the granting of permission for the use of the image for the virtual assistant "Diella" on the e-Albania platform.

The lawsuit emphasizes that this agreement did not include the use of the actress's image to create or promote a "virtual minister," a role that, according to the actress, constitutes a clear excess of the authorization granted.
