The appeal of the Special Court has once again rejected the request of SPAK for the exclusion of judge Iliriana Olldashi from the review of the appeal of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, the suppression of the security measure "obligation to appear" and "prohibition of leaving the country".
Judge Miliana Muça decided to reject the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office. SPAK asked to remove Judge Olldashi from the cases of Malltez and Berisha due to conflict of interest.

To declare inadmissible the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime with the object: "The exclusion of judge Iliriana Olldashi from the examination of the criminal court case, with the object: "Appeal against the criminal decision dated 08.11.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance First for Corruption and Organized Crime, by which it was decided to dismiss the request with object: Finding of the loss of the power of coercive measures "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" and "Prohibition of exiting the country", assigned to the person under investigation SB"" is stated in the announcement of GJKKO.
