Artan Hoxha spoke about the decision of the court against Sali Berisha, to appear before the judicial officer twice a month, a decision which Berisha is not implementing, not recognizing it at all.
Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, Hoxha said that any other citizen would be treated "for rags" if he acted like Berisha and that the former prime minister is making the justice reform look ridiculous.
" Berisha was supposed to appear at 10:00 in front of the judicial officer. This is the third time he has not appeared. He is not appearing, what is the solution? If a citizen did this, they would take him for rags and take him to prison grain. Neither SPAK nor the court is acting.
Berisha is testing it and also giving a message. He is not obeying a decision. The fact that he is not appearing has put him in a bind. The prosecution must react, the court decision is not being executed. He is not enforcing the law.
