Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço said that fugitive Altin Ndoci is seen as an "asset for criminal groups."
According to him, it will be put into service by criminal groups to commit other murders.
"I think I won't leave Albania, I think I will be put to work by criminal groups to commit other murders, I'm sorry to say this," he said.
Karamuço also brought to attention that there was another potential case, which could have occurred in Shkodra.
He said that there was a situation in the Rec prison, where the leader of the escort group refused to transport a prisoner with the argument that there were no proper security measures.
He even added that disciplinary action has been proposed against him.
"A few days ago, the same situation occurred in Reç Prison in Shkodra, where a more dangerous character than this one wanted to go to the hospital, and the leader of the escort group said: with so many people I have, I won't escort him."
He was proposed a disciplinary measure for not taking it, and now the measure has been canceled at the General Directorate, because they had told him that they would impose a measure on him because he did not comply with the order.
"He says there is no guarantee that I will take him, because he left later, there are problems in the risk analysis he is doing. It seems to me that they did this in their own head, without notifying those above and now look what happens," he said on "Real Story."
