Forensic expert Ervin Karamuço commented on Altin Ndoc's escape from Durrës hospital while he was sent to receive treatment in the Infectious Diseases ward.
Karamuço raised strong suspicions that according to him Altin Ndoci may have collaborated with some detention center employees in Durrës. While analyzing the entire itinerary followed by the detainee, the forensic expert said that the escape was well-planned.
" We have a profile that is being investigated by SPAK with a tight security measure. There is also information from the police about the very high risk posed by this person. Having a kidney problem, he was visiting. The hospital recently changed rooms and took him to the infectious disease ward. This high-risk person is not accompanied by ordinary police officers, he must be accompanied by the operational forces of the prison directorate in Tirana. In emergency conditions, you have to notify the police directorate and if they do not give you guarantees with force and means, you cannot get him out. Now what happened? Five people go, the driver stays in the car, at the moment the detainee goes to the toilet, two police officers accompany him, two police officers stay in the room because the room should be safe.
