Altin Gjergji, the director of the State Cadastre Agency (ASHK) in Lezha, continues to make life difficult for employees, by worsening working conditions and ignoring the ethics of the institution. Reliable sources report that even today, even though it is Saturday, employees have been ordered to report to work.
According to several messages obtained by our editorial team, the head of the institution has created a tense work environment, where the word "code of conduct" and respect for employees seem to be non-existent. His vocabulary and treatment of employees leave much to be desired, creating a climate of fear and uncertainty.
Despite the criticism and numerous media reports, it seems that Director Gjergji's job is not at all in danger. His messages clearly show that he is not bothered by the denunciations and believes that he will not be removed from his post. This adds to the suspicions that he has strong protection or is considered irreplaceable in the institution.
The incident at the Lezha Hospital comes after other similar cases in state institutions. We recall the recent case in Kukës, where the hospital director physically assaulted the institution's economist.
This trend of abusive behavior in state institutions raises serious concerns about their management and the treatment of employees. We call on the competent authorities to investigate and take concrete measures to stop these abuses, before the situation escalates further.
We await the response of the institutions to clarify this situation and take the necessary measures to protect employees from such abusive behavior.

Citizen's complaint: " Today they took us out of work. It was an order from the general director. We were forced to go out because it was an order, and if we didn't go out, we would be held back for a day's work. Even with all the right of God, I asked the director if we would be paid today. He answered me by insulting me, and if he were a street urchin, he wouldn't talk like that. I'm sending you the conversation again. I'm telling you the right thing, I'll send it to the general directorate and the prime minister because no one in the world can insult me with dirty words. Thank you for writing to me so I have the facts, because he talks like that at work too, but I don't have the opportunity to record it because we are not allowed to enter his office by phone.
