Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço has outlined the methods SPAK will follow to combat electoral crime. He said there will be many wiretaps, infiltrations, and also arrests in flagrante delicto.
He said that SPAK will also be engaged during the vote counting process to prevent commissioner buying.
" Even in the counting process, there will be a shadow of SPAK. Of course, there are special methods that will be used. There will be preventive interceptions. SPAK has the right to preventive interceptions, there will be infiltrations and many methods through which SPAK will seek information. We are not used to having such strong surveillance of law enforcement bodies. This has shocked political parties, as they have been negligent in previous elections. Now they will be more attentive. There will be arrests in flagrante delicto, to prevent in time. Money has not been used anymore. You cut the road immediately. Once the elections are over, you cannot change the result ," he said on "Euronews Albania".
