Arben Llangozi has commented on the arrest warrants of the Prosecutor's Office for the Tirana incinerator case. The lawyer said that Prime Minister Rama is a party to this great theft.

The lawyer adds that Rama is upset with what is happening with Berisha and even he has not taken any stand of his own. Llangozi says that Rama must be held responsible as he has caused great damage to the country and the citizens.
