"Hello! Today I have chosen to talk about the trashiest company that exists in our country, excuse me for the vocabulary, which is the company "One Albania", because it is extorting citizens, stealing from them, scandalous service.
But on the other hand, the arrogance of the employees, and this is exactly what happened to me today due to a mistake on the part of One by One's agents, because I have a business number for my business.
I wake up this morning, numbers blocked, no warning, no nothing, for a bill from March last year that was a mistake on the part of the One operators.
So here we have a theft a fine. So I have to pay the old 12,600 ALL. You will say that it is not much, but at the end of the day it is my money and why should "One" take it from me for a mistake of theirs?
I made a request, I made an application, I was told that the bill was deducted, while the bill appears in the system and my number is blocked. So my service is blocked and I have a work number .
Now someone will be held responsible or not? These companies come to Albania because no one reacts, the institutions know how they work and they add millions by fining and abusing the citizens.
