The notice that was shown to the citizen not allowing him to withdraw his money from the account

A resident of the capital who went to withdraw his money from the ATM, did not manage to get it even though he was able to.

A surprise happened today with the ATM of Raiffeisen Bank in Tirana, which is holding its citizens' money.

A resident of the capital who went to withdraw his money from the ATM, did not manage to get it even though he was able to. The incident, according to the citizen's complaint, took place at the Raiffeisen Bank ATM in the branch near Commissariat 4 on Bridge Street in Tirana.

The citizen, who also photographed the "madness" of the ATM, said that he had 8,800 Lek in his balance, while for his needs around noon, he went to withdraw 5,000 Lek (old).

According to the citizen, he knew the value he had and the first time he requested the withdrawal of money through ATM commands, but he was notified by the Raiffeisen system that the requested action could not be performed.

Specifically, the notification was: This transaction is not available at the moment.

Before this situation, the citizen asked for confirmation of the account status and after confirming once again that he had more money in the account than what he wanted to withdraw, he tried to perform the action again.

The bank system itself shows that the citizen had more money in his account than the amount he requested to withdraw.

The result was the same again, as the Raiffeisen Bank system notified that the action could not be performed.

The citizen said that thinking that maybe this was only related to his account, he opened the queue and waited for the customer behind him to see what was happening.

He also failed to withdraw his money as the ATM informed him that it could not perform operations.

Such a situation seems to require no comment regarding the correctness and quality of the service, but also the security of the functionality of the ATMs and the system of "Raiffeisen Bank".

The situation raises doubts in the conditions when the ATM has been functioning for the rest of the processes without notifying either a technical defect or an insufficient amount of money.

It is not clear exactly what happened in this particular case, however, many questions arise, in this situation, but the most important one: why can't citizens withdraw their money when you need it?!

Is this a strategy to keep money longer in the banking system? Is it a malfunction? Breach of security, or anomaly?!/ Latest News!
