Journalist Klodiana Lala has reported that Lulzim Basha has been presented as a person aware of the "January 21" file that is being investigated by SPAK.
According to her, the resumption of investigations by SPAK was made after new data came from the US, related to some audio materials, but also to the expert report on the shell recovered in Turkey from Aleks Nika's body.
" Due to the resumption of investigations, based on data received from the US related to some audio materials subsequently deposited by journalist Artan Hoxha and the victim's uncle Aleks Nika, SPAK has registered criminal proceedings and is investigating the role of senior officials in the violent demonstration at that time ," Lala reported.
We recall that at the time of January 21, Basha held the position of Minister of Interior, and was in the Prime Minister's Office.
