Lawyer Spartak Ngjela says that Sali Berisha has no chance of coming to power, while emphasizing that he has been declared persona non grata by the US.
Invited to the show 'Studio Live' on 'Report Tv', Ngjela said that Berisha is in a big mess, as he is under indictment by SPAK, along with family members.
" Saliu destroyed the right. How can you take power in Albania when you are non grata in America. He is waging war, false propaganda, no, he will not come to power. He is under indictment in SPAK for corruption. Tomorrow the trial will be held, he will be sentenced, if he is sentenced, he will flee politics. He comes and goes, look how he has become. Because he is in this big mess ," said Ngjela.
The lawyer further emphasized that the SP is certain of a fourth mandate and seeks to win 2/3 of the seats in the Assembly.
"He can do that, he is sure that he will win the elections. The DP cannot defeat the SP, why? It is Saliu. Rama has these political movements, he mocks them. You don't notice that he mocks Saliu. Yes, Saliu understands that he is destroying and is not letting the right come to power. The Socialists want to win two-thirds, it is no wonder that the DP is very low. It is below 30% according to foreign polls, it is below 30%, it means that if it is below 30%, the SP is 70% and is trying for two-thirds. Do you really think that a non grata prime minister could emerge in America, that is, Albania would be set on fire. What will Saliu gain? He is under indictment here and the trial is not over. The case has gone to court and the day of judgment is awaited ", emphasized Ngjela.
