It is learned that the secretary of state Antony Blinken will meet the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, where he will give directives for the next strikes against the big "fish" of corruption.
The Department of State confirmed today that the American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, will pay an official visit to Albania for the first time, on February 15.
Despite the fact that in the official statement, it was said that Secretary Blinken is coming to reaffirm the relations of the United States with Albania, as a key partner for stability in the Western Balkans, this visit is expected to bring major developments in Albanian politics.
Beyond the formal meetings with Prime Minister Rama and the thanks to Albania for hosting and sheltering over 2,000 Afghan refugees who came to our country in 2021, there will also be a meeting that will "tremble" the Albanian political elite.
It is learned that the secretary of state Antony Blinken will meet the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, where he will give directives for the next strikes against the big "fish" of corruption. According to information from sources for "Pamphlet", Secretary Blinken will submit to Altin Duman, a list of specific names that SPAK should treat with priority.
This also shows the reason why this visit of one of the highest officials of the American state has not been pumped up at all by any political party.
If we were in other conditions, Rama's government would not leave room without promoting such a visit of this level. It is enough to look at the visit of the former president, Bill Clinton, on July 3 of last year, which, although it was a formal visit, was pumped up by the Rama government, as if the current president of the USA had come.
On the other hand, the opposition, horrified by the visit of the person who declared former Prime Minister Berisha non-grata, tried to deny the possibility of Blinken's visit to Albania, treating the rumors about his arrival as "fake news".
The silence of all Albanian politics, regarding Blinken's visit to our country, shows that no one is safe and that anyone of them could be part of the "list" that Blinken is expected to deliver to Alitn Duman.
Starting from Rama, who has the issue of the affair with "McGonigal" open in the USA and that on February 16 a decision is expected to be made on the Albanian case, up to former president Meta and former prime minister Berisha. With the latter who declared "war" on Secretary Blinken a few years ago for declaring "non-women".
