Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has stated that the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, made a childish mistake, encouraging the Serbs of the North of Kosovo not to participate in the elections.
Invited to "Top Story", Ngjela said that there is no legal error with the elections in the north because the moment you boycott the elections, you are predisposed to lose, giving victory to the minority.
The lawyer considered Vučić a worthless person and a tool of Milosevic, while emphasizing that American policy has not abandoned Kosovo. According to Njjela, America cannot abandon the Albanians because without their support in the Balkans, it has lost the war with Russia.
"We must look at the problem from a more rational and factual perspective. First, it happened that one party abstained from the elections. Elections are the custodianship of democracy. They did not participate in the elections and this was in favor of the Albanians. If you do not participate in the elections, you are the majority, if you abstain, you are in the minority. Then the minority entered the elections and selected their own representatives. They were gravely mistaken.
Soon after, American politics won the election. Why? There was no way. Otherwise, it went outside the doctrine of democracy. One more time. If the three of us here are two to one, and one decides to abstain here, I win. So no legal defect has occurred.
American politics said this immediately after the elections. We come now to the administrative position. They made a mistake. It was a childish mistake by Vucic, he is a worthless person. It belongs to Milosevic, everyone knows where it comes from. Why did he do that? They don't ask about those 3-4 small municipalities.
