The heads of the incinerators were sentenced today for the second time and are still on the run.

Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Stela Gugallja have been sentenced in absentia by the Special Anticorruption Court for the affair with the Elbasan incinerator.

Zoto was found guilty of active corruption and sentenced to 6.8 years in prison; Mirel Mërtiri was sentenced to 6.8 years in prison and Stela Gugallia was sentenced to 4.8 years in prison.

But this is the second punishment for Klodian Zoto. A few days ago, he was sentenced to 8 years in prison for the Fieri incinerator. He still enjoys freedom and the police with SPAK are not able to arrest him.
